If an item arrives significantly different from its description, we'll make it right — full refund or exchange, no hassle.
Eligibility
- Request within 14 days of delivery
- Part must be in the same condition as received
- Installed electrical components are not returnable
Process
- Email parts@bullseyehd.ca with order number and photos
- We respond within 1 business day with return authorization
- Ship back with tracking, insurance recommended
- Refund issued within 3 business days of receipt
